Sewer Maintenance

The City of Dallas Sewer Maintenance Department is responsible for cleaning, sewer repair, main line and service line back-ups, blockages and general sewer system related questions. The system is sanitary sewers ranging in diameter from 4 inches to 24 inches. In an effort to help residents better understand who to call when they have a question or problem we have included the following list outlining the Sewer Department’s responsibilities.
