Once you apply online, the business account you have created will immediately attach holds. These holds can only be released by City Staff. You can view the holds on your account along with any notes written by City Staff. If you have questions about certain holds, please contact the number or email labeled on that hold. Depending on the type of business, extra holds may be attached (ex. Dept. of Public Health, FOG Inspection and application, etc.) If you are home-based business, other than daycare, you will not be required to seek inspections.

- Please note that ONLY City of Dallas staff has access to these holds. Paulding County Fire Marshal hold and holds with outside jurisdictions are released by the Occupational Tax Clerk. They will release the holds as she receives the correct documentation.
