When applying for utility service, please complete the service application (link below).
Please attach rental agreement and/or proof of ownership and ID.

Once we receive the application, we will email the email address included on the application, requesting payment information for deposit. You can reply back with this information or call us at 770-443-8119. We DO NOT keep card information on file.
Once we receive payment information:
1. We will create your account and process the deposit payment.
2. We will then email a confirmation to the email address included on the service application - it will include the following information:
- Deposit Payment Confirmation Number
- Account Number
- Trash Pick Up Day
- Billing Information - such as due date, penalty date, bill posting date, cutoff date, breakdown of monthly charges, etc.
- List of payment methods we accept for monthly payments
Frequently Asked Questions:
- Size of trash can: 95gal
- Meter Readings: City of Dallas only records ACTUAL meter readings. We do not estimate.
- We do not give out meter numbers as they are subject to change
- All rental/property management accounts are on E-billing! This simply means the method in which you receive the monthly bill; monthly bills are emailed to the email address included on the service application. We cannot resend bills to different email addresses! We can only resend to the E-billing email address on file.
