The US Postal Service continues to experience delivery delays. Unfortunately, this is impacting our customers' ability to submit payments to us on time. We share in our customers' frustrations as it takes time and resources to track down these late payments, which could be spent on more important matters.  If you choose to pay through your bank bill pay, please know that most banks use a third party to cut a physical check to mail it to us, which means there could be delays in us receiving it.
