Pay Your Invoice

All invoices for business license, permits, plans, vendor spots, and sponsorship must be created by City Staff before it is payable. You will receive an email from a donotreply address with an invoice number and a link to pay online.

Things to keep in mind when paying online: 

  • When searching your invoice number, be sure to include the ENTIRE invoice number (INV-0000****), not only the last four digits. 
  • If you are using a mobile device or apple product, the page may take about 5 minutes to load. Please be patient and wait for it to load. 
  • If you do not remember the invoice number, or it is not showing up, please contact ccook@dallas-ga.gov for assistance. 
  • You DO NOT have to be logged into your account to pay an invoice.
