The City of Dallas Zoning Code of Ordinance can be accessed online. For zoning verification requests, please fill out the form provided below, detailing the property address or parcel number and any specific inquiries you may have regarding zoning restrictions or requirements. All zoning requests, including requests for the current zoning map, can be sent to Brandon Rakestraw at brakestraw@dallas-ga.gov

Ordinances, Resolutions, and Minutes are maintained by the City Clerk.

Please note that the city revised the zoning code in October 2024 and the Code of Ordinances link above is in the process of being updated. Please use the downloadable PDF version of the new Unified Development Code (Chapter 44 - Zoning) below. All other chapters of the Code of Ordinances can still be found in the above link.
