Indoor Pavilion

The City of Dallas Parks & Recreation has one indoor pavilion available for rent. Our indoor pavilion at Sara Babb Park is a lovely, climate controlled event space perfect for birthday parties, baby/bridal showers, and gatherings. There is a strict no alcohol policy. 

Pavilion reservations can be made by calling (770) 443-8110 x1601.

The rental fee is $50 an hour (half & quarter hours available). A 30% deposit of your total is required at the time of renting in order to secure your rental for it's date and time. Max occupancy is 200.

You must include your set-up and clean up time into your rental reservation. Our park is not staffed on the weekend, therefore you are responsible for your rental from start to finish.

Included in your rental: rectangle (x13) & circle tables (x14), foldable chairs (x100), full appliance kitchen (refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, sink, stove-top oven, etc.), and male (one urinal and one stall) & female (two stalls) restrooms.
